Service Description
Tai Chi is a centuries old Chinese discipline for health, relaxation, balance, flexibility, strength, meditation, self-defense and self-cultivation. It improves circulation, balance, coordination, and helps relax and strengthen the muscular and nervous systems. The stretching movements make the body limber, tone up muscles, and help release tension. As a meditation, Tai Chi is a way of harmonizing body and mind dynamically. The 38 Form Routine of Chen Tai Chi is a short version of the traditional old (Laojia) first routine and new (Xinjia) first routine. It was created by Chen Xiaowang. Movements 1. Beginning posture 2. Cancellation Policy
Camp Cancellation Policy • If you cancel within 7 day of purchase, you will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method. • If you cancel 1 month prior to your camp start date, you will receive a 75% credit for each session purchased, less a $25 processing fee for each session canceled. • No credit or refunds will be provided if you cancel within seven (7) business days of your camp start date. Wellness Training | Personal Training Cancellation Policy 1. All Training Packages have expiration dates. These dates must be honored to help ensure your results. Any sessions not used by the expiration date will not be honored without prior written request. No refunds will be made. 2. You must notify the trainer at least 24 hours in advance of any necessary schedule change. In the event of a "no show" or unauthorized schedule change, you are responsible for paying that session. 3. Be 10 minutes early for your appointment dressed in proper attire and properly ready to exercise. This courtesy is appreciated to help keep appointments from overlapping. The amount of time you are late will be deducted from your training sessions. 4. If the trainer is late you will be credited for that time. In the event that the trainer does not show, you will be given an extra session. 5. Each session will last approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Any time you request more than the initial time, the extra time will be deducted from future sessions.
