Master Frederick Neal is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Professional Trainer, Sport & Nutrition Specialist, ACE Orthopedic Exercise | Functional Movement Specialist and 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor of Martial Arts. He is founder and president of Newbody Training Systems LLC. and the Academy of Martial Arts Foundation based in West Orange New Jersey our new location after 18 years in Union NJ. He has been teaching and practicing martial arts for thirty years and has practiced personal training for 32 years.
Master Neal brings together Eastern and Western philosophies, theories and practices. He combines the concepts of holistic alternative practices and the effects of external muscular skeleton development to procreate a system of wellness that engenders physical mental and spiritual balance.
